Carolyn Rosas Park

The Carolyn Rosas Park has been an integral part of the Rowland Heights Community for close to 40 years now. The park, which had previously been known as Farjado County Park, was renamed in honor of Ms. Carolyn Rosas, a prominent member of the community who is also a descendent of the family that founded Rowland Heights, on April 24, 1987 by the Board of Supervisors. Rowland Heights residents have benefited from a wide variety of one-of-a-kind recreational opportunities because to the Carolyn Rosas Park’s longstanding partnership with a wide variety of community organizations. Wrestling, Hula, and Tai Chi are three of their most well-attended classes and programs respectively.
